Privacy policy

This policy is in draft. A counsel-reviewed version will replace it before any paid subscription is activated. Until then, this placeholder describes how we currently handle data so you can evaluate the product.

1. What we collect

When you visit this marketing site we collect minimal request metadata (IP, user agent, referrer) for security and basic analytics. When you submit a form, we collect the fields you provided plus the same metadata. We do not run third-party trackers or advertising pixels on this site.

When you use the product, we process the lead data you send us (names, emails, company info, enrichment results, routing logs). That data is yours; we process it solely to provide the service.

2. Where it lives

Infrastructure is Cloudflare Workers, D1, and R2. You can pin your data to a specific region (EU, US, APAC) on Enterprise plans. Marketing-site data (form submissions) is forwarded into our own product instance — we use Black Glass Leads to manage Black Glass Leads inbound.

3. Who we share it with

We use a small set of sub-processors to provide the service. As of this writing these are Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments — only used when you subscribe), and WorkOS (SSO/SCIM — only used when you enable it). We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

4. Cookies

We set one functional cookie on this marketing site (bgl_attribution) to remember which campaign brought you here, so we can credit attribution accurately. It expires after 30 days. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. For product data, you can also export or delete it directly from your account dashboard once you have one.
