Terms of service

These terms are in draft. The final version is being reviewed by counsel and will replace this page before any paid subscription is activated. Until then, this placeholder describes how we currently operate so you can evaluate the product.

1. What this service is

Black Glass Leads is a lead intelligence and routing service for B2B teams. You ingest leads from your own sources, we score and enrich them, and we route the result to destinations you control. We do not buy, sell, or share your lead data.

2. Your data

The leads, contacts, and metadata you send us belong to you. We process them solely to provide the service you signed up for. We do not use your data to train third-party models. You can export or delete your data at any time; we will not retain it beyond 30 days after account closure except where required by law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited mail, harvest personal data contrary to applicable law (GDPR, CCPA, CASL), or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the source data you ingest.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Plans renew monthly or annually based on your selection. Annual plans are prepaid. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

5. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime on Scale and above (99.99% on Enterprise). Specific SLAs and service credits are set in your contract. We use Cloudflare infrastructure and inherit its operational characteristics.

6. No warranty during early access

The service is in early access. We make no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose during this period. You should not rely on it as your sole system of record.
