Do you support SAML SSO?

Yes. SAML SSO is included on Scale plans ($899/mo) and above. We integrate with Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, OneLogin, JumpCloud, Auth0, and any SAML 2.0 or OIDC-compliant identity provider. Setup is self-serve: your IT admin gets a configuration link, completes setup in their IdP, and your team is logged in within an hour.

Do you support SCIM user provisioning?

Yes, on Scale plans and above. New users in your IdP are automatically provisioned in Black Glass Leads with the right role. When someone leaves your company, they're automatically deprovisioned.

Yes. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stays in the region you choose, and runs on Cloudflare's global network. A full audit log is included on Scale plans and above (30 days), extended to 12 months on Enterprise.

What does "pay for the intelligence" mean in practice?

Lead capture is unlimited on every tier — free. The meter only runs when we enrich a lead (firmographic lookup, premium fields, intent signals). Each tier comes with an enrichment allowance; we alert you at 80%, and you can either let it overflow at a transparent metered rate or set a hard cap. Premium enrichment draws more of the allowance than standard, so depth is part of the meter — not a separate feature gate.

I run multiple sites or brands. Do I need separate accounts?

No. Multi-property is the whole point of Growth ($349/mo) — one account spans every site, brand, or location you run, with unlimited seats, granular roles, and billing you can either consolidate or split per property (one login, separate invoices and cards where you need them). Launch is single-property by design; the moment you add a second, you're on Growth.
